Information Gathering

In this stage information needed to support project activities is gathered and reviewed. This includes information about past marketing campaign performance and past closed sales transactions. Interviews are also conducted with key sales personnel and sales management.

Moneywheel Development

In this phase, two Moneywheels are developed. First, a historical Moneywheel that analyzes past sales transactions is developed. Next, based on high level revenue targets for specific products/services, a go-forward Moneywheel is developed.

Demand Generation Plan

Finally, a comprehensive demand generation plan is developed based on the Moneywheel requirements. This could include email campaigns, keyword advertising and landing pages, content development and syndication, special promotional programs, etc. A basic Marketing budget to support the execution of these plans is built. A final review meeting is held with all project participants to review the Moneywheel and Demand Generation plan is held and appropriate next steps are identified.
